Family-owned. Ohio-licensed. Right here in Delaware.
Buckeye Renewables is a family-owned solar, battery, and EV charging company based in Delaware, Ohio. There's Never Been a Better Time to Go Solar in Ohio. Here's Why.
Ohio's grid is aging, storms are getting worse, and utility rates only move one direction. Solar plus battery storage puts you in control of your own power. And if you're a roofing contractor, we take the solar headache off your plate.
Keep the Lights On When the Grid Goes Down
Central Ohio ice storms, summer thunderstorms and an aging grid make outages a matter of when, not if. Pair your solar with a HomeGrid or Enphase battery and your fridge, sump pump, well pump, furnace fan and Wi-Fi keep running automatically, with none of the noise, fuel or maintenance of a generator. Every day it also stores your daytime solar for use after sunset.
Roofers: We Handle the Solar
Need an array off the roof before tear-off and back on after? Our detach-and-reset crews work with roofing contractors and insurance carriers across Ohio. Licensed electricians handle the disconnect and reconnect, we document everything for the adjuster, and we turn it around fast so your schedule stays on track.
Licensed Ohio Electricians, Not Sales Reps
Buckeye Renewables is family-owned and based in Delaware, Ohio, holding OH Electrical License #51155. Our own licensed crews do the work start to finish, so when you call you talk to the people who will actually be on your roof. We handle permits, inspection, utility interconnection and ongoing service ourselves.

5-Star Reputation
We used Buckeye Renewables for the install of our solar panels. I highly recommend them. Their communication was great, left our house cleaner than they found it, were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they took the time to talk me through how everything worked. Great group of guys!
Jay, Columbus Homeowner
These guys are fantastic! I knew they were going to do a great job as soon as they arrived. Their trucks and equipment was very organized and clean, which shows discipline. I was an apprentice in my younger years, so I immediately captured that the materials and connectors were top of the line. By their own volition, they ran the connections inside the attic, which made it a very elegant install.

“Working with Buckeye Renewables LLC has been a game-changer for our company. Their solar installations have significantly reduced our environmental impact while delivering substantial cost savings.”
